Agency Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize high-potential agency opportunities to drive revenue growth for TikTok.
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with direct clients and agencies to increase sales and revenue.
- Utilize a consultative approach to offer tailored media solutions to clients, leveraging internal and external data to inform strategic decisions.
- Design and deliver compelling sales propositions that showcase the value of TikTok's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
- Establish and maintain best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop persuasive sales presentations that highlight market trends and case studies, effectively communicating the value of TikTok's offerings.
- Provide timely updates to clients on TikTok's products and developments, as well as educate clients and agencies on best practices for leveraging TikTok's platform.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in online advertising.
- 2+ years of experience in an Ad Agency or similar role.
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced English skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
- A team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of winning the support of key stakeholders and driving business growth.
- Ability to perform well in a rapidly changing environment, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Strong passion for TikTok marketing and a willingness to take on new challenges and opportunities.
