The Senior Program Manager is a key leadership position at International Women's Development Agency (IWDA), responsible for leading IWDA's partnerships in Asia and the Pacific. This role drives and administers systematic approaches to program development, implementation, and financial management, as well as leading cross-team engagement to establish and improve operational policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of relevant team strategy and operational processes, including thematic frameworks and guidance, within the program portfolio.
- Ensure the delivery of contractual obligations and an integrated program.
- Engage with key external stakeholders, alliances, networks, and working groups, and maintain and enhance links and dialogue with government, donors, and key agencies.
- Contribute to the leadership of a positive, collaborative, and encouraging culture within the Partnerships Team.
- Experience in leading partnerships and program development in the Asia Pacific region.
- Strong understanding of feminist movements and women's rights organisations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
