Secondary School Leader Opportunity

We seek a Christian educational leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Secondary School, help chart its long-term course, and ensure the wellbeing and development of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee school operations, strategy, and development.
  • Help shape the school's future vision and direction.
  • Ensure student wellbeing and academic growth.
  • Support staff professional development and growth.
  • Strengthen a community built on faith, integrity, and learning.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Is a recognised educational leader with a deep passion for Christian education.
  • Is a qualified teacher and holds a current registration with the relevant teaching authority.
  • Has a clear and strong personal faith and commitment to living and leading in alignment with Biblical principles.
  • Brings depth of experience in education with demonstrated leadership in a Secondary role.
  • Embodies a collegial and inspirational leadership style.

This is a vital role that requires someone who understands that educational leadership isn't just about strategy—it's about care, service, clarity, and deep commitment to a Christ-centred vision of education.
