Learning and Design Leader

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Design Leader to spearhead impactful team member learning programs across various brands.

  • Demonstrated experience in learning design, delivery, and facilitation of large groups.
  • Proficiency in eLearn authoring tools like Articulate Rise and SCORM files.
  • Effective project management, program design, and delivery skills.
  • Proven track record in learning design and delivery with a minimum audience of 5,000 individuals.
  • Proven influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills along with stakeholder management.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Willngness to travel for intrastate and interstate learning program delivery may be required.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Education, Organisational Development or related discipline is preferred.
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Instructional Design is desirable.
