The Educational Leader role is an exciting opportunity to make a huge impact across our centre. As a member of our leadership team, you'll be instrumental in driving the creation and execution of our unique To BE Me learning program.
About the Role- To lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
- To develop and implement curriculum programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
- To maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to providing exceptional educational experiences for children.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
