Job Description:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Palliative Care Nurse (CPCN) or willing to obtain certification
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in palliative care nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
