Job Opportunity

This role requires an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse working in palliative care. You will be part of a dedicated team providing nursing care and advice to patients with palliative care needs.

You will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes, develop and implement individualised care plans, and contribute to the education and development of other healthcare professionals within the team.

Requirements
  • Minimum two years' post-graduate experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current registration with the relevant health practitioner agency
  • Experience working in palliative care is desirable
