Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compounding Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and compounding sterile medications and solutions according to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and preparing raw materials
  • Aseptically compounding (mixing) sterile solutions
  • Packing finished units for each order including final inspection of products
  • Labelling and dispatching of prepared products
  • Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Contributing to a culture of inclusion and diversity
Requirements:
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to adapt to shift work schedules as needed
  • Providing assistance in environments with defined procedures and protocols
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Comfortable working within a cleanroom environment for most of the working day
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Good mathematical understanding
  • Effective verbal and written communication
