Senior Contracts Administrator

Recently recognized as one of South Africa's largest and most successful organizations, our client has an opportunity for a senior contracts administrator to join the team immediately. The role is open until the end of June 2026.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a great culture, flexibility, and a suite of interesting projects. As the key commercial resource, you will support project managers and liaison with the procurement team.

Your responsibilities will include managing variations, claims, and supplier relationship management. You will need a strong attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate risks while supporting your employer to deliver great project outcomes within schedule, quality standards, and budget.

You will also provide reporting and stakeholder support to the broader project and operations team.

Experience with EPC and ECI contracts is highly desirable, and working with a large organization in engineering, defence, heavy industry, or mining/oil and gas is ideal.

The role requires some travel between offices and project sites.
