Identity and Access Management Service Delivery Specialist

This senior role oversees the end-to-end delivery of identity and access management services for clients, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with client business objectives.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in service delivery, operations, or client management within managed security services, with a focus on IDAM. They must also possess a strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, tools, and standards.

This position is ideal for professionals seeking a challenging role that requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Candidates should have at least 8 years' experience in a similar managed services/service delivery/account management role, preferably within information technology and cyber security.

About the Role
  • Oversight of client relationships and account management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Development of deep understanding of client business drivers, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Proactive monitoring of service performance, risk, and incident trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in service delivery, operations, or client management within managed security services.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, tools, and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex client relationships and deliver to demanding SLAs/KPIs.
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional technical teams in a managed services or consulting environment.
  • Sound commercial acumen and experience managing service budgets.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
