Identity Access Management Specialists

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) Specialist to assist our organization in enhancing its infrastructure environment through a critical security project. This is a 3-month contract position with an immediate start requirement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set up a Privileged Identity Management (PIM)/Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution for just-in-time elevation of privileged accounts across Azure Active Directory and on-premise environments.
- Implement a capability for privileged accounts to use separate operating environments.
- Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) before privileges are elevated just in time.
- Provide recommendations for implementing controls to ensure non-privileged accounts cannot log in to privileged operating environments.
IDAM Responsibilities:
- Report all Active Directory accounts, including standard details and attestation reports.
- Create an exception report for accounts outside of the system with expiry dates over 90 days.
- Maintain an inventory of service accounts in Active Directory.
- Disable dormant accounts after 45 days of inactivity where supported.
- Link administrator accounts with standard accounts for consistent handling of accounts.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of IAM solutions.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and on-premise environments.
- Ability to implement secure access management practices.
