About Our Team Lead Role
As a team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing a group of individuals within our cleaning, trolley collection, and waste support operations. Your primary goal will be to create an effective roster that ensures all daily tasks and operations are covered.
You will collaborate with our store leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities. Additionally, you will handle time and attendance activities for your team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Ordering essential supplies for our stores and maintaining them within allocated resources will be part of your responsibilities. You will also contribute hands-on by performing core operational tasks alongside the team.
About You
We seek an ambitious individual with a passion for retail and a talent for people management. A keen eye for detail and cleanliness is essential, as well as physical fitness for physically demanding tasks.
Comfortable working with other department leads and the store leadership team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes is vital.
A valid full Australian driver's license (Green P's or full license) is required for this role.
