About Our Team Lead Position

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Bathurst store as a key member of our management team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving the store's success.

Job Description:

In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Store Manager in leading daily operations, achieving sales targets and KPIs, and mentoring team members to support their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
  • Manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a senior casual, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC). You should have a proactive attitude, strong desire to grow your leadership skills, and passion for team development and creating exceptional customer experiences.
