Key Account Manager Job Description
4C Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a driven individual with extensive experience in the FMCG sector to develop and manage key customer relationships with large retail groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with large retail groups to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and priorities to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute account strategies that support the company's overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to senior stakeholders on key account activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an account management or relationship management role, preferably with National retailer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
