Urban Development Specialist

This role involves working on a range of projects with a focus on strategic planning submissions and statutory assessment.

The successful candidate will be involved in project life cycles from initial consultation to final approval, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver major projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include leading approvals management for detailed design and construction, engaging directly with clients and approval agencies, and using MS Office, Excel, and online document software for document control.

A strong understanding of development projects and relevant qualifications in Town Planning or Planning Studies are essential for this role. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are also required.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in similar roles, with excellent analytical and time management skills.

This is an end-to-end involvement role, requiring the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
