Urban Development Specialist

We're seeking an Urban Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Queensland, with the option to work from other states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating detailed civil designs for roads, drainage, earthworks, water, sewer, and utilities.
  • Assisting in the preparation of design documentation and drawings to meet relevant standards and council requirements.
  • Collaborating with engineers, architects, planners, and landscape architects to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Contributing to project delivery through attention to detail, technical accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Supporting the broader design team and gaining exposure to a wide portfolio of urban development projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in civil design, preferably within urban development.
  • Proficiency in 12D and CAD software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
