Care Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to join our team at John Goodlet Manor in Picton. This full-time opportunity offers a stable and secure work environment, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

About the Role:

This challenging yet rewarding role involves providing leadership and support to our residents, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery. You will be responsible for clinically and holistically supporting each resident to achieve their individual and health goals, driving outstanding clinical, social, and emotional outcomes.

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care or similar (highly regarded)
  • Verifiable experience working in a clinical capacity in an Aged Care or similar environment
  • Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
  • Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
  • Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care principles
