About the Role\

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in the North Brisbane region. The successful candidate will have a solid trade background, preferably in Carpentry, and hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supervising multiple new home builds in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing dedicated scheduling support to prioritize the delivery of tasks
  • Spending less time on the road by working within small geographic zones
  • Developing strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for seamless operations
  • Utilizing cutting-edge construction software for streamlined scheduling and project management
  • Maintaining a culture of professionalism and safety within the workplace
\Our Ideal Candidate\

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused individual who can:

  • Proven experience in supervising multiple new home builds and/or knock-down rebuild sites simultaneously
  • A solid trade background, preferably in Carpentry
  • Hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license
  • Possess a current, clean driver's license
  • Be a safety champion and ensure a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors
  • Be a strong communicator and able to build trust with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and trades
