The Opportunity We're seeking a Building Site Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane (Hendra).
This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll play a key part in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
What You'll Do As Site Supervisor, you'll: Lead safe and efficient delivery of small and large-scale projects on critical infrastructure sites.Provide practical technical solutions and excellent customer service.Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site operations to meet timeframes and budgets.Monitor quality, address defects, and resolve on-site construction issues.Oversee WHS compliance and ensure clean, safe work environments.Maintain accurate digital records and manage scheduling, documentation, and inductions using internal and client systems.
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally within infrastructure or commercial construction.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/scheduling tools.Excellent organisational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on site experience with the ability to confidently use digital platforms.Commitment to safety, quality, and high standards of work.
Please note: While hands-on experience on-site is essential, we also place high value on the ability to confidently and efficiently use digital tools.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage inductions, scheduling, documentation, and communication through a range of digital platforms, including both internal systems (e.g. Homebase) and client-based platforms, as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.
About You Certificate III in Carpentry.White Card, QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, and Manual C Class Driver's Licence.Able to complete pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening.Strong time management, safety awareness, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications Experience in Defence, Health, or Airport projects.ASIC or DCAC clearance.High Risk Work Licence (EWP/Scissor).
Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children clearance.
