Currently, we're seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Construction Supervisors in the North Brisbane region (Chermside to Caboolture).

The Role:
  • Oversee multiple new home builds in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
  • Dedicated scheduling support to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Enjoy reduced travel time with jobs located within small geographic zones.
  • Promote a supportive and open leadership style to empower team members.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for seamless operations.
  • Leverage cutting-edge construction software for streamlined project management.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Proven experience supervising multiple new home builds and/or knock-down rebuild sites simultaneously.
  • A solid trade background, preferably in Carpentry, with a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.
  • A current, clean driver's license is essential for this role.
  • Strong communication skills to build trust with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and trades.
