The Role: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide comprehensive support in Inventory Management and Education for customers across the Wound Closure portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the value proposition of MyShelf to customers to enhance and optimize inventory management in key accounts.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Specialists on delivering educational solutions to customers.
  • Working with customers to identify opportunities to streamline products and inventory to optimize stock holdings.
  • Updating Sales and Marketing Teams on customer insights.
  • Identifying opportunities that contribute to driving business growth and meeting customer needs.

About You

We're seeking an individual with tertiary qualifications in Health/Science/Business or related fields. Preferred areas of study include Business/Health/Science. Previous customer service roles or sales experience are highly desirable.
