About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Wound Closure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clinical customers within designated regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key clinical relationships that foster product adoption.
  • Sell designated clinical products within a specific geographical territory using surgeon or account-based business plans.
  • Provide monthly objective and sales data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop education and training programs for all accounts.
  • Coordinate and deliver education sessions with colleagues to support identified customer needs.
  • Attend and lead customer training events.
  • Complete inventory counts in accordance with customer expectations and company policy.
  • Proactively report back orders and stock optimization to customers.
  • Build and participate in a strong collaborative team across designated accounts.
  • Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary business or related qualification.
  • Postgraduate qualification in business, health science, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
  • Medical device experience is valued but not essential.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
