About the Warehouse and Logistics Opportunity

We are committed to enhancing our organisational capabilities, particularly in supporting Submarine Build and Sustainment programs of work. To ensure the development and implementation of program specific Warehousing and Logistics strategies, policies and processes, we are looking for a skilled professional to lead this initiative.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Supply Chain Management Plans as it relates to Warehousing and Logistics.
  • Key responsibilities include leading the development of warehousing and Logistics capability strategies and business cases to support future warehouse capability, setting actionable goals to ensure delivery of Warehousing and Logistics objectives for the program, and driving results through these goals.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective Warehousing and Logistics solutions that meet the needs of our organisation. Skill Set: Candidate should have a good understanding of procurement process, Inventory management and Control, Material handling, supply chain planning, logistics planning, vendor selection and performance evaluation and appropriate software applications used in warehouse operations and customer service/relationships.
