Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse supply chain and logistics data to uncover opportunities for efficiency and cost savings, streamlining our operations for better outcomes.
  • Support procurement and production scheduling to ensure timely order fulfilment and minimal material shortages, maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve inventory tracking and reporting systems for better decision-making and forecasting, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with packaging suppliers and logistics providers to optimise shipping and delivery timelines, ensuring seamless execution across the supply chain.
  • Manage route activity including invoicing, electronic bills, shipment tracking, and transport documentation, providing real-time visibility into logistics operations.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on inventory levels, production flow, and vendor performance, enabling informed decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in ERP and digital tool implementations and upgrades (e.g., Xero, Excel dashboards), fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory and logistics standards, upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with international and local stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with broader business objectives, driving strategic growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Logistics, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry experience.
  • Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA, demonstrating expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience across finance, logistics, and or supply chain operations—ideally across Australia with strong international exposure, showcasing adaptability and cultural competence.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Xero, Excel, and inventory control tools, applying technical skills to drive business results.
  • Proven experience in the implementation and optimisation of digital tools or ERP systems, delivering value through process improvements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to drive business success.
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills, building relationships and fostering collaboration across the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a collaborative team setting, embodying a growth mindset and passion for excellence.
