Job Opportunity:People Operations Expert

The People Operations Expert plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for collecting and analyzing employment and remuneration data to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement internal review systems to ensure fairness and equity.

  • Manage and analyze data on remuneration benchmarks to inform compensation strategies.
  • Conduct research on labour market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide expert advice on internal policies based on data analysis and insights.
  • Facilitate data collection for human resource management systems to optimize performance.
  • Develop a comprehensive compensation guideline that aligns with organizational culture and values.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in the field.
  • Ensure compensation practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and task delivery skills.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in information gathering and project management with a broad scope and narrow focus.
