About the Role
Assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated and successful delivery of projects to achieve project financial targets, in accordance with The ADCO Way.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to production of the documents and plans that govern the project delivery
  • Compile accurate scopes of work for subcontracts
  • Review and approve subcontractor plans for compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Ensure subcontract and supply agreements are in line with project and company contractual and legal requirements
  • Administer the project management, change, and control processes in compliance with the project plans, contractual and legal conditions, time bars and administrative timeframes
  • Ensure the proper and accurate use of Jobpac in administering the project
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Solid experience working as a Contracts Administrator on large commercial / residential new builds
  • Understanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts
  • A working knowledge of major building trades
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong experience in tender processes and trade procurement
  • Financial understanding and knowledge of construction costs
