This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Employment Law. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on employment law matters, including enterprise agreements, awards, contracts, workplace investigations, and terminations.
- Monitor legislative developments and interpret industrial relations policies to inform strategic decisions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed legal risk management into our workforce strategy.
- Influence policy development and contribute to enterprise-wide decision-making on employment practices and compliance.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and workplace legislation.
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and external counsel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies and processes.
