As a senior leader, you will embody the PepsiCo Way, drive a growth-focused culture, and guide Snacks category transformation with Sales and Brand teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Commercial Strategy: Create a 3-5-year commercial strategy leveraging insights to position PepsiCo as a vital partner through key risk and opportunity identification.
- Manage Trade Execution Calendar: Align Sales and Marketing, and lead customer engagement and Category Management across all channels.
- Drive Revenue Growth Management Plan: Integrate RGM with core business processes and lead Perfect Store strategy deployment.
- Coach and Develop Teams: Enhance technical and leadership capabilities of category and shopper teams.
- Implement Continuous Improvement: Boost service levels, revenue, and profitability while focusing on performance metrics.
- Relevant Degree and Experience: Hold a relevant degree and possess 10-15 years of experience in commercial strategy and leadership.
- Commercial Growth Expertise: Demonstrated success in establishing and driving commercial growth strategies.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Highly skilled in strategic and analytical thinking.
- Communication and Leadership: Outstanding in communication, influencing, and negotiation, with proven leadership and motivational skills with cross-functional senior teams.
- Results-Focused and Adaptable: Results-focused and action-driven, capable of adapting to evolving market and customer conditions.
