Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Childcare: Provide quality care and supervision for children while their parents and guardians utilize our facilities, engaging in age-appropriate play and activities.
- Club Operations: Assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our club, including cleaning, maintenance, and administrative duties.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Qualifications: Current First Aid, CPR, and Working With Children Check (NSW) are essential. A Certificate III in Children's Services and certification in Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Management are desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with our families. A passion for health and fitness, and a desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club.
- Availability: Availability during school holidays is highly desirable.
