About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Member Services Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and visitors, promoting our services and programs, and achieving individual and team goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Sales and Service: Promote the centre's services and programs to customers, accept customer bookings and enrollments, and achieve sales targets.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve individual and team goals and targets.
Requirements
  • Passion for Fitness: Have a genuine passion for health and fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a health club or fitness environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certifications: Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification and a Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check.
