Job Title: Senior Liability Trial Attorney

About the Role:

Zurich North America Claims is seeking a highly skilled Senior Liability Trial Attorney to join our in-house Staff Legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing the commercial insureds of a prestigious and financially stable commercial insurance carrier, by preparing and trying high complexity, high exposure General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent commercial insureds in high-stakes General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases
- Prepare and try cases in court, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for our clients
- Conduct thorough investigations and legal analysis to identify key issues and develop effective strategies
- Collaborate with our claims team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree and 7 or more years of experience in Litigation
- Active member in good standing of the Florida State Bar
- Strong computer skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
