Mad Mex is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Baja Grill Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Norwest.

About Us

We serve Australia's best Baja-style burritos, made to order using only the freshest produce, flavourful salsas & authentic Mexican spices, and slow-roasted & grilled meats.

About the Role

The Grill Chef is responsible for all day-to-day elements of running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant. This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes while adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards.

About You

Our people are friendly & outgoing, have a strong work ethic & are committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must be able to understand and follow recipes & checklists. If you have some experience in the food industry – great, however, it's not an essential requirement. All you need is a vibrant personality, a love for Mexican, and a willingness to learn.
