**The Role**

We are looking for a Pizza Chef who is able to work well in a fast paced environment and values being a part of a supportive team while taking the greatest of care in looking after our guests. Your tasks include:

- Prepare pizzas in an efficient and consistent manner in line with our quality and presentation standards
- Hand Stretch Dough
- Use a Traditional Woodfired Oven
- Ensure the quality control and portion consistency of food served are maintained at all times
- Cut, slice and grilled cured meats, seafood and vegetables as per our menu
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Correctly complete opening and closing duties
- Liaise with FOH and Kitchen Staff

**Requirements**:

- Valid Australian working rights
- Fluent English
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
- A positive attitude to customer service and teamwork
- Highly Organised With Excellent Attention To Details
- Current Food Safety Certificate, or ability to obtain
- Late afternoon/evenings and weekends availability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
