Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised team assistant to join our Office Leasing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with agents, liaise with administrative functions of the business, and assist with the provision of accurate, timely, and statistical information for company reporting obligations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing content for submissions and client presentations on market conditions, trends, and observations.
  • Coordinating client functions, including luncheons and client meetings.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office leasing team.
