This unique role blends design insight with hands-on project coordination and management. It involves pulling together tender documentation, working with suppliers, and supporting national procurement processes.
You will play a key part in our R&D efforts, helping define products and standards for builder contracts, while managing multiple workstreams and collaborating with a passionate team.
The Role Involves:
- Coordinating design reviews, site visits, and documentation for new home designs, community facilities, and masterplans.
- Standardising internal and external finishes, fittings, and equipment schedules.
- Collaborating with internal teams and consultants to ensure timely delivery of project documentation and design best practices.
- Maintaining a safe working environment by following WHS procedures and contributing to risk identification and reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Design Project Coordination And Management.
- Tender Documentation And Procurement Support.
- Product Development And Standards Definition.
- Multiple Workstream Management And Team Collaboration.
About You
We Are Looking For Someone With:
- A Strong Understanding Of Tender Processes, Project Documentation, And Volume Construction.
- Proven Experience Coordinating Design And Construction Projects, Ideally Within Community-Based Masterplans.
- A Solid Grasp Of Residential Building Methods, Design Documentation, And Relevant Codes And Regulations.
- Skilled In Managing Multiple Projects, Meeting Deadlines, And Solving Problems With Confidence.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management, Communication, And Relationship-Building Skills.
The Successful Candidate Will Have Excellent Communication And Organisational Skills, Be Able To Manage Multiple Priorities And Meet Deadlines, And Have A Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Project Management Methodologies.
