Head of Marketing and Partnerships

This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the marketing and communications strategy for an arts organization. The Head of Marketing and Partnerships will lead a team to plan and deliver the annual Festival marketing campaign, manage seasonal marketing staff, and drive box office revenue through exceptional marketing and communications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience in managing budgets, negotiating partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams. They will be able to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns that engage and develop audiences, and work collaboratively with the Festival Director and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for the Festival
  • Lead a team to plan and deliver the annual Festival marketing campaign
  • Manage seasonal marketing staff and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Drive box office revenue through exceptional marketing and communications
Requirements:
  • Senior marketing and communications experience, preferably in the arts or creative industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • A strategic and creative thinker with demonstrated capacity to build and work as part of a small team
  • Digital literacy skills across website, data analysis, social media, EDMs, CRM, and ticketing platforms
