About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our brand's product development, packaging, and communications efforts. This is a 12-to-14 month maternity leave replacement opportunity.

You will collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff as part of the Executive Leadership Team and report to the Managing Director, helping shape the future of our organization as we grow and evolve.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing long-term business strategies to drive growth and love for our brand;
  • Leadership of the marketing team, including brand management, product development, packaging design, and marketing communications teams;
  • Managing brand equity across all touchpoints, owning, and delivering overall communication strategy;
  • Oversight of total portfolio strategy, including innovation and continuous improvement pipeline;
  • Go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, and launch plans; and
  • Ownership of the marketing budget, clear reporting on ROI.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing;
  • Previous experience leading an agile and engaged marketing team;
  • A proven track record in building and executing long-term marketing strategies;
  • Strong expertise in brand management and innovation;
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills; and
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
