Australian Unity is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join their team in Wagga Wagga. This full-time, six-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional administrative support to the business, clients, and leadership team.

About Your New Role
  • You will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all customers internal and external, ensuring seamless communication and experience.
  • As an Administrative Support Professional, you will assist with client phone-based inquiries and reception support, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
  • You will also manage accounts payable and receivable functions, as well as any stock ordering and inventory for the branch.

This role is perfect for an Admin Guru who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to effectively manage tasks and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional administrative support to the business, clients, and leadership team.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including client and employee information.
  3. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, as well as any stock ordering and inventory for the branch.
  4. Assist with client phone-based inquiries and reception support, ensuring seamless communication and experience.
