The Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to provide high-level administrative and project-based support to our Regional Manager in Wagga Wagga.

This part-time, permanent role will involve calendar management, coordinating workshops and events, taking minutes, preparing reports and other administration requirements as requested.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a commitment to the safety of children, young people and individuals with disabilities.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative support role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to develop effective reports.
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated time management, organisational and attention to detail skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional attitude and discretion when handling confidential information.

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

  2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and initiative-taking skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
