As an Administrative Assistant with Australian Unity, you will provide vital support to the Sturt Home Health team in Wagga Wagga. This full-time, six-month contract involves working from Monday to Friday, under the supervision of the Branch Manager.

Your primary role will be to offer top-notch administrative support to both internal and external customers, ensuring seamless communication and effective task management.

  • You will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and professional services to all stakeholders
  • Aiding the branch and leadership team with administrative tasks and duties
  • Assisting with client phone inquiries and reception support
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for clients and employees
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Coordinating stock ordering and inventory for the branch

About You:

  • A motivated individual with prior experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent presentation and articulation abilities
  • Experience working in customer-centric cultures and business models
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
