About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patent Administrator. As a key member of our patent administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our patent attorneys and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and invoicing of patent and design applications
  • Updating the IP database to reflect the status of each patent or design
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to applications
  • Drafting correspondence including letters and emails, and other administrative tasks
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years administration or clerical experience in a corporate setting. Experience within a law firm is desirable but not essential. You will be a diligent and motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
