Position Overview:

Contentsquare, a leading global digital analytics firm, is on the lookout for a passionate and motivated individual to fill the role of Events Marketing Intern in our Sydney office. This position is designed for those who are eager to immerse themselves in the technology sector while gaining hands-on experience in event marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team in executing Contentsquare's events across the APAC region, from inception to conclusion, including both proprietary and third-party events.
  • Contribute to the comprehensive campaign process, which encompasses email marketing, social media strategies, and effective follow-up initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global teams to formulate a robust event marketing strategy and communication plan.
  • Conduct research and finalize decisions regarding venues, suppliers, entertainment, design, and production for live events.
  • Assist in managing logistics for both virtual and in-person events on the day of the event.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal departments, including Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
  • Experience in organizing and managing events.
  • Exceptional project management abilities with a knack for prioritizing multiple stakeholder needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a personable demeanor, comfortable engaging with senior personnel both in person and over the phone.
  • Proficient copywriting skills with experience in creating compelling marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot, or similar marketing automation platforms, is advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, contributing innovative ideas.
