Equity Research Internship Overview

Susquehanna Pacific is seeking penultimate year students who are interested in the financial markets to join our Equity Research Internship Program. As a participant, you will partner with our senior equity analysts and traders to assist in identifying trading opportunities in the options and equity markets.

Throughout the internship, you will learn to perform in-depth company analysis around future catalyst events and provide real-time opinions on breaking news throughout the trading day. You will also gain experience in the financial markets by tracking company news and events, assisting with valuation work, or other event-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying trading opportunities in the options and equity markets
  • Perform in-depth company analysis around future catalyst events

Requirements

  • Penultimate year student with a degree in any discipline (most typically Finance and Economics)
  • Confirmed plan to graduate by December 2026 with a Distinction average WAM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
