About the Role:

You will be crucial in delivering outstanding service to existing patients and ensuring efficient administration of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Patient Servicing & Customer Service: Providing personalised support, addressing concerns, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Operational Administration & Clinic Duties: Processing payments, managing patient data, reconciling daily takings, and handling reception duties.

Roster:The successful candidate will work on-site on a Tuesday to Saturday roster basis, 76 hours per fortnight.
