Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on administration and event coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate incoming international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events.
  • Prepare a suite of engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations, and other communication materials to aid the development and delivery of global engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in planning and managing visits and events, including understanding of official etiquette.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing corporate reports, strategy documents, capacity statements, and formal correspondence.
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite to deliver high-quality business documentation, calendar coordination, and correspondence for senior executives.
  • Strong relationship management skills and demonstrated experience in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
