Global Engagement Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on administration and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and managing visits and events, including an understanding of official etiquette.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate incoming international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events in collaboration with relevant team members.
  • Support the preparation of engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations, and other communication materials to aid the development and delivery of global engagement activities.
  • Work under general direction to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Experience in planning and managing visits and events.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing briefs, corporate reports, strategy documents, capacity statements, and formal correspondence.
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks with close attention to detail and prioritization.
  • Strong relationship management skills and demonstrated experience in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
