Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our multidisciplinary team in Liverpool, NSW. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries.

Your duties will include case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs, collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals, assisting those with injuries or health conditions to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes, and completing assessments using clinical skills.

You will work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to our clients. You will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, with the support of a strong team and global corporate infrastructure.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology, registered with AHPRA or ESSA;
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded;
  • Fabulous communication skills, empathy, compassion, and kindness;
  • Well-developed time management skills;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
