Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products, creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone, using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life, visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships, and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly and safely.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, including builders, interior designers, and homeowners. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to help customers make informed decisions about their bathroom purchases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Sales: Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products and create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships.
  • Showroom Operations: Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for building relationships and helping customers.
  • A willingness to learn and grow, even if you don't have experience in bathrooms.
  • Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • A desire to develop your career within the company.
