
Delegates Growth Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving attendance and commercial success across our flagship conference-led exhibitions. You will proactively engage decision-makers from top companies across Australia and New Zealand to sell delegate passes and boost event participation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Delegate Sales – Sell delegate passes to targeted senior decision-makers across multiple events.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage new prospects.
- CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate records and track progress through our CRM system.
- Market Insight – Stay across key industry trends to tailor your approach and add value to conversations.
- Pipeline Activity – Meet daily outreach targets through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- 2–3 years' experience in a sales role, ideally within the events, conferences, or exhibitions sector.
- Comfortable with cold calling, and confident in building rapport and overcoming objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree-qualified or equivalent work experience.
- Energetic, driven, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
