Role Summary

As an integral member of the team, your daily responsibilities will encompass delivering holistic solutions and advisory services to finance leaders, with a focus on planning systems, particularly Planning Analytics (TM1). Your expertise in system requirements such as ERP, BI tools, and Excel will be crucial. Leveraging your finance background or relevant degree, along with your independent problem-solving abilities and innovative mindset, you will provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Your familiarity with cloud-based applications, along with proficiency in PAX and PAW, will be essential, as will your technical skills in cube design, Turbo Integrator processes, and business rules. Additional competencies in REST APIs, Python programming, and multilingual skills will be advantageous. Your expertise will empower you to engage in diverse and impactful projects, potentially including opportunities in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Performance Management and Operational Analysis solutions utilizing data modeling tools (TM1/Planning Analytics)
  • Lead development initiatives, including cost estimations and timelines for deliverables
  • Design, develop, and implement data modeling (cubes, TI processes, business rules/feeders)
  • Facilitate requirement and design workshops
  • Assess and enhance the performance of TM1/Planning Analytics solutions
  • Occasional travel may be required to engage with clients across the region, though the organization offers flexibility

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of TM1, capable of delivering comprehensive solutions to finance executives. With a background in cloud-based applications and expertise in Planning Analytics, you possess the technical skills necessary to thrive in this role. Your ability to independently conceptualize and implement solutions from inception, combined with innovative problem-solving capabilities, will distinguish you. Proficiency in tools such as PAX and PAW will facilitate seamless integration with Excel and workspace. An ideal candidate will have a finance background or relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, providing a solid foundation for finance-related projects. Additional skills in REST APIs, Python programming, and proficiency in multiple languages are considered valuable assets, enhancing your adaptability and versatility. Given the potential for diverse projects, including opportunities in Asia, the ideal candidate should be motivated to further develop their expertise and tackle impactful challenges in this dynamic role.
